West Highland is a small 1.1-square-mile neighborhood located close to downtown Denver, bounded by 38th Avenue to the north, Federal Boulevard to the east, 29th Avenue to the south, and Sheridan Boulevard to the west. The neighborhood has a very relaxing and family-friendly environment, where you’ll find charming real estate options that include a mix of early 19th century Victorians, 20s bungalows, ranch-style homes, and modern developments.
